YMCA Programming

  • Register for one quarter at a time without committing to the entire year. Students may begin at the start of any quarter.

    • Quarters 1, 2, 3 : Seven weeks with classroom showcases at the end.

    • Quarter 4: Ten weeks with a final Spring Performance for all dancers and branches that participate in Q4

    • Registration Fee, once per academic year: $30 per child

    • Tuition: Range between $115 (7 week quarters) and $165 (10 week quarter) based on 45 minutes class. Click on “Learn More” button below to find your class and cost

  • YMCA membership is not required to register

In Schools and After Schools

  • Ranging from 7-12 weeks. DanceCollab teaching artists come to your facility (schools or community centers)  to provide classes based on a variety of genres, including:  ballet, jazz, hip-hop. Contact us to schedule or register using the buttons below.

  • We focus on developing balance and coordination skills while introducing the fundamentals of dance using creative movement.

Dance Collaborative Adaptive

Adaptive

These classes are designed for individuals of all abilities, focusing on personalized, adaptable movement and self-expression. Students explore rhythm, coordination, and creativity in a supportive, tailored environment.

  • We offer two Adaptive programs at Optimist Community Center:

    Elementary Creative Movement

    • ages 5-11

    • Wednesdays, 4:30 - 5:15 PM

    • 10 Classes | October 2nd - December 11th

    Teen/Adult Creative Movement

    • Ages 12-adult

    • Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:00 PM

    • 10 Classes | October 2nd - December 11th

Parties and Workshops

  • Invite us to your space for a fun, themed dance class with a trained instructor. Contact us to schedule today.

  • We provide one off workshops for your festival or community need. These workshops can range between multiple 30 minute sessions throughout the day or 1- 2 hour rotations. Contact us to schedule today.
